    • Physical Science: Students are first introduced to matter and energy their interactions. This is done by studying the fundamental laws of motion; exploring the various ways energy is stored in a system, and the processes by which energy is transferred between systems and surroundings.

    • Earth Science: Explores our planet’s vast history, composition, and formative process. It also studies the relationship between Earth’s atmospheric properties and processes and it’s weather and climate.

    • Life Science: Students investigate the answer to the question, “What is life?” They are taught that the cell is the fundamental unit of life and that all living organisms are composed of cells. Through this they are able to demonstrate an understanding of structures, processes, and responses of living organisms that allow them to survive and reproduce.
